Simone Wilson, better known as “Monie Love” was born July 2, 1970. She was a well-respected figure in British hip hop, and made an impact with American hip hop audiences as a protégé of Queen Latifah, as well as through her membership in the late 1980s/early 1990s Native Tongues.
Simone currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is the single mother to four children. she also has a radio show on XM Satellite Radio called Ladies First Radio with Monie Love. It airs Thursdays 6PM ET and Sundays 8PM ET.
the california rapper whose real name is Nathaniel D. Hale, died at the age of 41 on tuesday, march 15th after battling health issues for several years. he survived a pair of strokes in 2007 and 2008 and was still in therapy as recently as sunday, his longtime friend warren g (@regulator), tweeted.
this movie is going to be GOOOOD! why isn’t it being released everywhere?? it came out on february 11th in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, DC, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philly and San Francisco. I have to find somewhere to get it!

terrie robinson, a 24-year-old mississippi mother, is charged with murdering her 3-year-old son, tristan. his burnt body was found inside of the oven at his home. police can tell that the toddler suffered some head trauma, but it’s still unclear on whether he was dead prior to being placed inside the oven.
