.that jacket is how much?!.

this is the Loralei Pebbled Leather Jacket by Elie Tahari. there was only one remaining today, laying on a table in Dillard’s. one of the saleswomen (that i call my Dillard’s mama) whispers to me, “girl, this thing is a thousand-somethin’ dollars.” what?! “and,” she continues, “that’s the only one we have left.”  what?!

i came home and googled this product (because the price tag was not attached) and this jacket is indeed $1018.00. i’m not hating at all, but i have a question for the little rock residents that purchased this — can i get five dollars?!
